One Free Community Needs Assessment - Calling Up Justice!

One Free Community Needs Assessment

One Free Community Needs Assessment

At One Free Community (OFC), we’re embarking on a Community Needs Assessment journey! We believe that to create a community that truly serves, uplifts, and empowers everyone, we need to first understand your unique needs, challenges, and dreams. This assessment will help us fine-tune our initiatives, align our resources, and advocate for the right causes. It’s all about ensuring that OFC continues to be a place where mutual aid, radical generosity, and intersectional support thrive.

A community needs assessment is a systematic process of identifying, analyzing, and understanding the specific needs, strengths, challenges, and preferences of a community or a particular population within that community. The purpose of such an assessment is to gather data and insights that can guide the development of programs, services, policies, and interventions that address the identified needs and improve the overall well-being and quality of life of the community members. The data gathered will help us fine-tune and realign our current initiatives, selective data will show OFC members deserve additional resources for unmet needs.

We will send out a survey in November to get demographics for a grant due in Dec.
The CNA survey will come out early next year, once the team is built.
Join the Team: Help us! You don’t need to be part of all phases, you can just support us in as many or as few as you’d like. Fill out the FORM shared in the NEWS section to let us know what phase(s) you want to be part of.
