So happy to meet with Alternate Roots accessibility workgroup Dec 15 2023. Claudia Alick shared some ideas and concepts from Calling Up Justice on undoing ableism in their design process for gatherings. We shared access stories and explored a few ideas for producing their future convening accessibly. Alternate Roots has great values and we’re excite to see them putting them into action.
