Relaxed Performances are events designed with accommodations for people—including those with autism, sensory or communication disorders, or developmental differences—who would benefit from a more relaxed theater-going environment. Today we are holding meetings inside our homes and it is an opportunity to transform our general meeting culture that requires unnatural and sometimes inaccessible ways of being and hold more “Relaxed Meetings” . Take bio-breaks as needed, wear what is comfortable, adjust video and light and sound to your need, allow pet children and necessary home care to happen in the time they need, have an access check-in to surface further access needs. We are creating better ways to collaborate and the standards through our action.
