Beatrice is the founder and director of AA&M. She holds the titles of a cultural strategist, national multi-disciplinary artist, and creative producer, all while maintaining a profound and personal dedication to fostering equity within the realm of the arts. The inception of Authentic Arts & Media occurred to Beatrice when she recognized a substantial void for individuals capable of bridging organizations to pioneering and transformative design, training, and consultation firmly rooted in principles of equity, diversity, and inclusion (EDI). Her unwavering belief in humanity’s capacity to instigate enduring transformations, both on an individual and collective scale, toward a fairer and more sustainable world, propels her endeavors. She is resolute in her conviction that the arts and media wield pivotal roles in the forthcoming changes that are imperative.
