In 2022 Claudia Aick helped to facilitate the virtual Advisory Planning Team brainstorm ideas about specific activities that could be done at the future gathering in order for attendees to both learn about and experience new methods of learning about dance within the disabled, deaf, and blind communities. In October Silva Laukkanen, Bradford Chin, and Celia Hughes led the hybrid gathering in person in Texas and online. Claudia Alick, Maggie Bridger, and John led the cohorts and facilitated sessions. Participants included Alito Alessi, Aubrey Donisch, Sydney Erlikh, Jeff Friedman, Petra Kuppers, Stephanie Miracle, Elisabet Motley, Gretchen Pick, Martin Quintana, Candice Salyers, Dwayne Scheuneman, Douglas Scott, Mark Tomasic, Leymis WIlmot, Darlene Winters, Vanessa Hernández Cruz, Colleen Dunagan, Kay Gayner, Eric Kupers, Heidi Latsky, vic marks, Merry Lynn Morris, Orli Resnik, Daniel Levi Sanchez, Zahna Simon, Judith Smith, Krishna Washburn, and Lisa Wymore.

This hybrid gathering included movement and group presentations and conversation on the topic of Strengthening Collaboration and Shared Knowledge; Visioning the Future of Accessible Dance Education; Innovative Pedagogy for Inclusive Dance Education; Providing Inspiration and Supporting Leadership; Mapping the future. Topic groups had been meeting for months discussing and planning their section of the gathering. The in person space in Texas was a dance studio with a screen to connect to the zoom participants. Sections were led from the digital space and physical space making it a truly hybrid gathering.
