Saira Barbaric and Mouthwater Dance festival hired Claudia Alick and Calling Up Justice to consult on digital design for their hybrid festival and feature in their online launch. This first presentation June 1 2024 was a chance to experiment with some of the technology, celebrate some of the dancers, and get folks excited about the in person programming. Mouthwater Festival is a 3 week fringe festival of Disability arts and many movement styles with a mixed focus on artistic growth and performances spaces. That’s 26 events over 21 days with meals, movement workshops, parties, artist socials and performances!

Curated by Vanessa Hernández Cruz, India Harville, Kayla Hamilton, Mx. Pucks A’Plenty and Saira Barbaric, Mouthwater Festival will be inviting artists and having open calls to gather creatives and supporters to make this festival possible.
