Grammar and Gender Neutral pronouns

Sometimes people will react with resistance to using THEY to indicate a singular person because they feel it is grammatically “incorrect”.  We haven’t made our video resource on this yet but have been sharing this visual resource to inform our conversations.  In a nutshell it IS grammatically correct and also more accurate way to avoid misgendering folks.  Below are a few links on the specifics of why this is grammatically correct, acceptable, and ultimately more thoughtful!
