Dismantling ableism can be as simple as dialoguing with the community and using language more thoughtfully. This is an example of Maysoon Zayid disaloging with the disabled community to remove ableist terms from her book.  You’ll see us working through the ideas, initially replicating ableism and gender discrimination and then getting it right . It’s fast and easy when there is no fragility response.
