Y’all this Basecamp situation is a mess….so here is our messy response. In nutshell we cannot continue to invest our infrastructure in a platform and company that is dedicated to enforcing hostile work conditions and facilitating racism. If you choose not to produce anti-racism you will be producing racism. Ths is common sense. They had internal staff working to make the company ethical and sustainable but they cared more about protecting white male power.
