Calling Up Justice offers access-centered consulting for digital and hybrid events. Our approach is grounded in disability justice, digital placemaking, and over five years of producing accessible online spaces across platforms.

We support organizers, artists, and institutions in building events where access is not an add-on, but a core design principle.


LEVEL 1 — Access Foundations

Best Practices + Tools Guidance

$250–$500

  • 1 Access Consultant (Trainer)
  • 30–60 minutes
  • Recommendations on:
    • Accessible event design fundamentals
    • Platform selection (Zoom, livestream, hybrid, etc.)
    • Core access features (captions, ASL, sensory considerations, pacing)
  • Space for Q&A and scenario-based guidance

Best for:
Teams early in planning who want to get oriented and avoid common access pitfalls.


LEVEL 2 — Access Design + Resourcing

Event Feedback + Practitioner Matching

$500–$750

  • 2 Access Consultants
  • 60–90 minutes
  • Includes everything in Level 1, plus:
    • Direct feedback on your specific event plan
    • Support aligning design with access goals
    • Recommendations for:
      • ASL interpreters
      • CART providers
      • Access doulas / support roles
    • Platform and workflow alignment

Best for:
Teams with a defined event who want to strengthen access and connect with the right people and tools.


LEVEL 3 — Full Access Support

Design + Staffing + Live Event Support*

$1,500–$5,000 (scaled based on scope, duration, and complexity)
*for virtual live presence. If you are requesting in-person support please reach out to us to discuss.

  • 2–3 Calling Up Justice team members
  • Includes everything in Levels 1 & 2, plus:
    • Ongoing consultation during planning
    • Direct coordination with access providers
    • Live event support, which may include:
      • Digital engineer (OBS / Zoom specialist)
      • Event hosting / facilitation
      • Tech run-of-show support
      • Real-time troubleshooting and access adjustments

Best for:
Organizations producing complex, public-facing, or high-stakes events who want hands-on support to ensure access is executed with care.
