I was OBSESSED with attending a PISB training since I had started my #walkabout in 2018.  I kept missing trainings by only a few days during my travels and feeling frustrated.  I watched a lot of them over youtube. I visited New Orleans and set up in person meetings and then a death in the fam caused me to emergency fly out.  This was part birthday present and part continued development work with foolsFURY. I was already aware of the full curriculum so I mostly observed how folks taught and how folks learned and how folks grew.  Time well spent! 

FEB 28 “Great Undoing Racism workshop with Peoples Institute for Survival and Beyond presented by the New California Arts cohort in collaboration with Theatres Advancing Social Change, an initiative of Theatre Bay Area. The James Irving Foundation is in a fancy and friendly office building. It was a real pleasure exploring these complex ideas with these great arts leaders.
