Sometimes people will react with resistance to using THEY to indicate a singular person because they feel it is grammatically “incorrect”. We haven’t made our video resource on this yet but have been sharing this visual resource to inform our conversations. In a nutshell it IS grammatically correct and also more accurate way to avoid misgendering folks.
