  • We have split the requests in this Rider into departments, to make task delegation easier for host venues. Feel free to use, edit and personalise the sections as appropriate for your organisation.
  • You may wish to consider which elements of this Rider you will include in formal contracts with venues (e.g. to ensure you receive energy reporting data).
  • The rider is set out for Theatre Green Book Baseline standard. If appropriate, you may amend it to request that partners target Intermediate or Advanced standard.
