Claudia Alick was honored to be a featured in Rep/Rep. She awoke to find her feed filled with messages of affirmation and and numerous mysterious tiny donations. The Rep/Rep Group was started by Vix_On_Fire aka VixTheyDreaming. They have been taking Royal Star Mastery’s anti racism workshops. One of the things that came out of that was, ‘gather 15 of your fellow white folk and start regularly donating/paying for the education you receive’. Ingus Maximus coined the term Rep/Rep, as in Reparations Representation. They organize on an encrypted communications platform, choose an anti-racist educator to thank and fundraise for, and publish on tiktok. It is a great example of grassroots crowdsource style community organizing. Check out the videos below to see more examples of their work.
