The Pareto Principle and crip time are two strategies that can help individuals, particularly those with disabilities, to manage their time and energy more effectively to reach their goals. The Pareto Principle, also known as the 80/20 rule, states that roughly 80% of effects come from 20% of causes. In other words, a small percentage of efforts or inputs often result in a disproportionately large output or result.
